Tara Gaspar is a Loan Officer with Preferred Lending Solutions, and is responsible for leading the Preferred Lending Solutions brand into Arkansas.
Tara is a native of North Little Rock, Arkansas. She moved to Louisiana in 2002 and resided in the Youngsville / Broussard, Louisiana area for the past 17 years. She is an honor graduate of South Louisiana Community College with an Associates in Business. Tara has been in the banking and lending industry for over 10 years; and will continue to serve her clients in Louisiana along with now serving clients in Arkansas. Prior to assuming her latest role as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, Tara has worked as a lender and branch manager within the financial banking industry. While managing bank staff and assisting customers with all financial and banking needs; she also worked as a mortgage specialist to originate loans and assist homebuyers with loan product selection. She will now be serving a role in initiating growth strategies, expansion, mortgage loan origination, and loan processing into multiple states for Preferred Lending Solutions.
Tara’s goal for the company is to ensure that the Preferred Lending Solutions brand assists as many people throughout the states that they serve to finance a house that they can call home. She continues to focus on making the mortgage process as straightforward as possible for customers and ensures that she provides the highest level of customer service for her clients. This approach allows clients to feel that they have a trusted source to turn to for advice about the mortgage and home buying processes.
Tara has also been extremely active in each community that she has served. She has served on the board of local chambers in the Lafayette Parish area while also volunteering in other organizations in Lafayette such as the Salvation Army, Lion’s club, and Family Promise of Acadiana. She remains active with charitable groups and chambers, as well as looking forward to future opportunities to serve and volunteer as she resides in Arkansas.
